Partners for Urban Knowledge, Action and Research (PUKAR), an independent research-based organisation, is offering youths a chance to do in-depth research on any topic concerning Mumbai.
PUKAR provides a forum to study the issues affecting this metropolis from the point of view of the young and the curious. The organisation, which sees Mumbai as a teeming laboratory for research projects, has organised a youth fellowship programme.
