Goa-based hospitality player Alcon Victor Group is currently developing a property under Carlson Hotels’ ‘Radisson’ brand at Cavelossim Beach in Goa. The property will be positioned as a five-star deluxe hotel and is likely to be operational by mid 2010. Alcon Victor’s upcoming Radisson hotel in Goa will have 150 rooms, two conference venues, restaurants and a spa facility.
Alcon Victor Group is active in the wellness and resort segment and has three operational properties in Goa. These include the Mediterranean-villa styled Dona Sylvia Beach Resort (181 rooms), Devayaa the Ayurveda Retreat in Divar Island Goa (60 rooms) and the Victor Exotica Beach Resort (78 room) on the Calangute - Candolim beach belt of North Goa.

East India Hotels Ltd plans hotels in Bangaluru and Goa
Owner of the Oberoi brand, luxury hotels group East India Hotels Ltd says it will invest Rs650 crore to strengthen its presence in Bangaluru and Goa by adding new hotel as part of its growth plans to add another 10 properties and 2,300 rooms. The group also plans to integrate the recently established Trident brand under its EIH Associated Hotels.
