Builders blame the hike on rising input costs of materials like steel, cement and others by over 50 per cent in the last one year.
Parsvnath Builders has already increased prices in the range of 3 to 10 per cent for their different projects in the current month.

Toll tax hiked on Mumbai-Pune highway
A hike of 15 per cent in toll tax on the Mumbai-Pune highway has not gone down well with the users of the expressway. Vehicle owners are angry that the state government had not intimated them about the hike. While the tax has been hiked by Rs 5 to Rs 25, heavy vehicles have to pay Rs 30 from the earlier Rs 25.
